Account and Data Deletion

Overview

QuickV accounts are automatically created using a device identifier when the app is installed. Users do not manually sign up with an email and password.

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your QuickV account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to quickv@ciot.com
2. Use the subject line: “QuickV Account Deletion Request”
3. Include any relevant details (if applicable)

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful processing of a deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Device identifier
• Account-related records
• Usage and activity data

Data Retention Policy

• Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
• Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

Partial Deletion Policy

• Partial deletion is not supported.
• Requesting deletion results in full account and data removal.
